• Merchant configuration: site names, callback and return URLs, public wallet destinations and API credential metadata.
• Payment metadata: merchant order references, amounts, payment status, public transaction hashes, network confirmations and timestamps.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, error logs and security events.
• Support information: messages and details you choose to share when requesting assistance.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, create and match payments, monitor blockchain confirmations, deliver webhooks, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, improve reliability and communicate about service operations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, capacity planning and product improvement.

4. How information is shared

We may share limited information with infrastructure, monitoring, email and support providers that process data on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Public blockchain information is inherently visible to participants and blockchain explorers. We do not control the availability or replication of that public data.

Backups and immutable security logs may remain for a limited period after active records are removed.

Merchants remain responsible for securing their own credentials, servers, webhook handlers and receiving wallets.

We may need to verify identity before completing a request and may retain information where required for security, legal or legitimate operational reasons.
