bestuPay provides payment orchestration and monitoring software. It does not custody merchant funds, provide a digital asset wallet, or guarantee blockchain settlement.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, using an API credential or otherwise using bestuPay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. The service
bestuPay provides tools that allow merchants to create payment requests, present checkout instructions, monitor supported blockchain networks, match transfers to merchant orders and receive status notifications.
The service is non-custodial. Supported payments are sent to wallet destinations selected or configured by the merchant. bestuPay does not hold, transfer or control those funds.
3. Merchant accounts and credentials
- You must provide accurate account information and maintain access to the registered email address.
- You are responsible for account activity and for protecting passwords, API secrets and Webhook secrets.
- Credentials must be stored server-side and rotated promptly after suspected exposure.
- You must notify support without delay if unauthorized access is suspected.
4. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for the products and services you sell, customer support, refunds, taxes, legal notices and compliance obligations applicable to your business.
You must verify webhook signatures or query payment status from your server before fulfillment. A browser redirect, screenshot, wallet message or customer statement is not proof of payment.
5. Plans, fees and transactions
Subscription features, limits, prices and duration are shown before purchase. Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, completed subscription purchases are non-refundable.
Blockchain network fees, exchange costs, wallet provider charges and differences caused by customer payment behavior are outside bestuPay's control.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use bestuPay to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, unauthorized financial services, malware, stolen goods, deceptive commerce or infringement of third-party rights.
You may not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security controls of the service, or use another party's credentials without authorization.
7. Blockchain and wallet risk
Digital asset transactions may be irreversible. Network congestion, chain reorganization, token behavior, wallet configuration errors and third-party outages may delay or prevent confirmation.
You are solely responsible for validating wallet destinations and maintaining access to receiving wallets. bestuPay cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect or inaccessible address.
8. Availability and suspension
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security events, network conditions or third-party failures may affect service.
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations or prevent harm to the platform.
9. Intellectual property
bestuPay and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, trademarks and visual identity. These terms grant a limited, revocable right to use the service for your internal business payment operations.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. bestuPay disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bestuPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, blockchain losses or loss of access to a merchant wallet.
11. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms as products, legal requirements and operational practices change. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
